Autumn sweater

The pattern for this sweater was published in Knitting book (Prjónabók) no. 16 from Ístex. The designer of the pattern is Fanney Magnúsdóttir but Guđríđur Ásgeirsdóttir and Védís Jónsdóttir prepared it for the Knitting book. The sweater is knitted in the round with a yoke pattern like the traditional Icelandic “lopapeysa” but it is made from Létt-Lopi (the light-weight Lopi from Ístex) and therefore it is lighter than the usual lopi sweaters. The sweater is available in sizes S, M, L and XL.
In the Knitting book the sweater comes in two different colour combinations; one is navy with stone blue heather and white, the other is black heather with rust heather and white. On this picture the sweater is dark grey with black and light grey. Our customers can of course choose the colour combinations they like and thus design their own sweater.
